Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and terrorist leaders sitting in Pakistan are recruiting new terrorists through internet media in Jammu and Kashmir, spreading terrorist violence and delivering weapons and drugs through drones.  For this, ISI has created new proxy organizations of terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Hizbul Mujahideen and Al-Badr.  The NIA on Monday raided 12 places in four districts of Kashmir while untangling all the strings of this new conspiracy.  No one has been detained during this period, but the NIA has recovered mobile phones, SIM cards, digital devices and documents related to financial transactions. Officials said that the NIA, along with the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the CRPF, conducted a search operation in South Kashmir in the morning.  Apart from Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama, overground workers working for organizations such as The Resistance Front (TRF), People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF), Kashmir Tigers, Kashmir Freedom Fighters, Mujahideen Ghazwatul Hind, active in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district and  Searched the hideouts of local terrorists related to them.

Investigation has revealed that the cadre of these new terrorist organizations are using internet media to contact their handlers and associates sitting in the country and abroad.
