Police Station Miran Sahib,Jammu arrested 04 accused persons involved in an attempt to murder case: Recovered sharp edged weapons

On 15-09-2024, one person namely Amanjeet Singh S/O Swaran Singh R/O Village Kirpind Tehsil R.S.Pura lodged a written report at Police Station Miran Sahib to effect that accused persons 1. Abhi S/O Shastri, 2. Sandeep Kumar S/O Gathu both R/O Kirpind, 3. Shakeel S/O Mohd. Mussa and 4. Laddu both R/O Rattian attacked upon his brother with sharp edge weapon, with the intention to kill him, due to which, his brother received serious injuries in vital part of body.
After committing crime, accused perons fled away from the spot.
Acting upon the complaint, a case FIR No. 96/2024 U/S 126(2)/115(2)/109/191/190/324(4)/BNS, 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a Police Team of Police Station Miran Sahib headed by SHO P/S Miran Sahib under the supervision of SDPO R.S.Pura was constituted. The so constituted Police team did hectic efforts and with technical assistance along with timely human intervention, detained 04 accused persons namely *1. Abhinandan Borney @ Abhi S/O Yashpal 2. Sahil Kumar @ Golu S/O Ramesh Kumar both residents of Kirpind Tehsil R.S. Pura 3. Anmol Singh @ Laddu S/O Maan Singh R/O Makhanpur Gujran Tehsil R.S. Pura, 4. Mohd Shakeel S/O Mohd Mussa R/O Rattian Tehsil R.S. Pura Distt. Jammu*, who were absconded after committing the crime.
During questioning all the detained persons confessed their involvement in the instant case. Further on their disclosure *02 sharp edged weapons were also recovered*. Moreover, investigation of the case is going on.
