President Droupadi Murmu Highlights the Impact of Corruption at Vigilance Awareness Week 2024

New Delhi, November 8, 2024 — President Droupadi Murmu addressed the nation during the Vigilance Awareness Week 2024, emphasizing the importance of integrity and the detrimental effects of corruption on society. In her remarks, the President highlighted that corruption not only hampers economic growth but also undermines the bonds of fraternity among people.

“Corruption is not only an obstacle to economic progress,” President Murmu said, “but it also adversely affects the feelings of fraternity and unity in society.
