Indian Govt informs Supreme Court that illegal Rohingyas have no ‘Fundamental Right’ to reside in India. Govt said judiciary cannot create a separate category for granting refugee status for infiltrators. She said India does not recognize UNHCR refugee cards, which some Rohingya Muslims have used to claim ‘refugee status’. Illegal migration can pose security threats said Indian Govt.
