SAMBA POLICE ALONGWITH CAPF AND ARMED POLICE CARRIED OUT FLAG MARCH IN SAMBA TOWN IN VIEW OF UPCOMING SECOND PHASE OF PARLIAMENTRY ELECTIONS
Samba, April 24: In view of upcoming second phase of Parliamentary Elections-2024, Samba Police along with CAPF and Armed Police today carried out Flag March in Samba town to instil a sense of security and harmony in society and to ensure fair & fear free elections.
The Flag march was conducted by SSP Samba Vinay Kumar-JKPS, DySP Hqrs Samba Dr. Bhishm Dubey, SHO PS Samba Inspr. Sandeep Charak and Officers & Jawans of CAPF and Armed Police. The Flag march was started from SIDCO Chowk Samba marching through main bazar Samba, old PS Samba road, Samba Fort, Hospital road, Vir Bhoomi Park and finally culminated at SIDCO Chowk Samba.
The objective of the flag march was to instil confidence in the voters of the secure and harmonious environment, thereby enabling them to participate in the electoral process without any fear. This measure underscores the motto of free and fair elections, enabling every citizen to exercise their democratic right to vote freely and without constraint.
