SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED 3 CRIMINALS INVOLVED IN ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASES ;
LAWLESSNESS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CIVILIZED SOCIETY : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH
Samba, July 1 : Under the overall supervision of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, Police has arrested three (03) criminals involved in attempt to murder cases registered at Police Station Ramgarh and Police Station Samba.
The arrested accused have been identified as Rattan Singh s/o Jodh Singh r/o Dabuj Kaka tehsil Ramgarh, Narinder Singh s/o Rattan Singh r/o Dabuj Kaka tehsil Ramgarh and Gulshan Kumar s/o Dev Raj r/o Manano tehsil & district Samba.
The accused Rattan Singh and Narinder Singh have been arrested in case FIR No. 36/2023 u/s 307/323/504/506 IPC, 4/25 Arms Act of Police Station Ramgarh whereas accused Gulshan Kumar has been arrested in case FIR No. 153/2023 u/s 307/323/427/451 IPC of Police Station Samba.
One person was seriously injured at Dabuj Kaka in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ramgarh in the murderous attack committed by Narinder Singh and Rattan Singh using the sharp edged weapon (‘Darat’) as weapon of offence in full public view and on the complaint of the injured person FIR under relevant sections of attempt to murder and Arms Act was registered at Police Station Ramgarh, investigation was started and accused were arrested by the police team headed by SHO Police Station Ramgarh Sudesh Kumar under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar, whereas another attempt to murder case was registered on the complaint of the seriously injured person with head injuries, investigation was started and accused was arrested. The accused in this case was arrested by Police team headed by SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh under the supervision of DySP Ops. Garu Ram Bhardwaj and Addl. SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh said that lawlessness is not acceptable in civilized society of 21st century and all criminals who take law in their own hands & commit murderous attack would be brought to book and would be arrested under law.
