SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED 4 HOUSE OWNERS, REGISTERS 4 FIRs FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION REGARDING TENANTS TO POLICE STATION

All Owners Of Houses, Business/Industrial Establishments, Premises, Construction Companies and Jhuggis Are Requested To Immediately Provide Mandatory Information Regarding Tenants, Outsider Workers, Domestic Helpers, Guests To Concerned Police Station On Declaration Form : SSP Samba Benam Tosh

Samba, July 14 : Under the overall supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police today arrested four house owners and registered four FIRs for blatant disobedience of the order of District Magistrate (DM) Samba with regard to providing mandatory information regarding their tenants to the concerned Police Station.

The arrested persons have been identified as : Ghulam Nabi s/o Sultan r/o Teli Basti Bari Brahmana, Maqbool Hussain s/o Mohd Hussain r/o Teli Basti Bari Brahmana, Abdul Rashid s/o Jag Din r/o Teli Basti Bari Brahmana and Tarvinder Singh s/o Dayal Singh r/o Old Satwari tehsil and district Jammu A/P Teli Basti tehsil Bari Brahmana district Samba.

Four separate cases – FIR No. 173/2023 u/s 188 IPC, FIR No. 174/2023 u/s 188 IPC, FIR No. 175/2023 u/s 188 IPC & FIR No. 177/2023 u/s 188 IPC have been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana, four accused house owners who brazenly disobeyed the order of DM Samba despite repeated appeals have been arrested & investigation started. 

The arrests have been made by the Police team headed by SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Addl. SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh has appealed to all owners of houses, business/industrial establishments, premises, construction companies and jhuggis to immediately provide mandatory information regarding tenants, outsider workers, domestic helpers, guests to concerned police stations on declaration form duly signed by both owner as well as tenant in compliance with the order of District Magistrate Samba issued u/s 144 CrPC, otherwise police would be constrained to take legal action u/s 188 IPC against the defaulters.
