SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED ACCUSED INVOLVED IN KIDNAPPING & RAPE
Crime Against Women Being Dealt With Sternly : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, September 09 : Under the overall supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has arrested accused involved in kidnapping & rape in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba. The arrested accused has been identified as Balbir Singh s/o Karan Singh r/o Mohar Garh A/P Chilla Danga tehsil & district Samba. A case FIR No. 217/2023 u/s 363, 376 IPC, 4 POCSO Act has been registered at Police Station Samba and further investigation is underway. The accused was arrested by police team comprising of SHO Police Station Samba Daljeet Singh under the supervision of DySP Garu Ram and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.On the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Samba Benam Tosh, crime against women is being dealt with sternly in Samba district and Police is taking stringent action against perpetrators of crime against women & those who commit crime against women are being immediately arrested after collection of evidence without giving them time to escape.
