SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS ABSCONDER EVADING ARREST FOR THE LAST 02 YEARS

Samba, May 20, 2025: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, Samba Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Ghagwal and evading arrest for the last 02 years.

A Police team of Police Station Ghagwal headed by SHO PS Ghagwal succeeded in apprehending an absconder namely Shabir Ahmed S/o Dalbir Ahmed R/o Agra Chak tehsil RS Pura district Jammu wanted in case FIR No. 102/2018 U/S 188 IPC, 2/3 PCA Act registered at PS Ghagwal.

Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
