SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS ABSCONDER EVADING ARREST FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS

Samba, May 06, 2025: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, Samba Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Samba and evading arrest for the last 10 years.

A Police team of Police Station Samba succeeded in apprehending an absconder namely Mohd Latief S/o Noor Hussain R/o Dawara Majeen tehsil & district Jammu wanted in case FIR No. 195/2012 U/S 188/295A RPC registered at PS Samba.

Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and lodged in the District Jail Kathua. Thus the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
