SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS HARDCORE CRIMINAL “MANSHA” INVOLVED IN ATTACK ON POLICE AND HEROIN SUPPLYING
67 Narco-Suppliers Arrested in Seven Months : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, August 12 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has arrested hardcore criminal “Mansha” who was involved in attack on Police and heroin supplying.
Hardcore accused Mansha s/o Ali Hussain r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur has been arrested by Police in attack on Police case FIR No.184/2023 u/s 307/341/353/323/382 IPC registered at Police Station Samba through Police Post Supwal. Accused Mansha is also involved in heroin smuggling case FIR No. 183/2023 u/s 8/21/22/27-A/29 NDPS Act of Police Station Samba registered through Police Post Supwal. Investigation of both the cases is underway.
Mansha used to operate in Samba district particularly in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba, Vijaypur & Ramgarh and used to supply heroin to the other small suppliers and individual addicts.
Hardcore criminal & heroin supplier “Mansha” has been arrested by police team headed by Incharge Police Post Supwal Deepika Jalotra under the supervision of SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, DySP Garu Ram and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh said that total sixty-seven (67) hardcore narco-suppliers including thirteen (13) female narco-suppliers have been arrested in past seven months and several others have been booked under law. Heroin suppliers are being detained and lodged in Jail under stringent PITNDPS Act also.
