Samba: January 10, 2026: Samba Police has made fourth arrest in a case related to organized crime registered at Police Station Vijaypur by arresting a hardcore criminal and recovering of one country made pistol from his possession .
During the investigation of the case FIR No. 71/2025 U/S 111 BNS, 3/25 Arms Act of Police Station Vijaypur, a team of PS Vijaypur has arrested a hardcore criminal namely Pritam Singh @ Sethi S/o Mohan Singh R/o Jedra tehsil Ramgarh district Samba. Following sustained questioning, Police has recovered one country-made pistol from his native village Jedra on the disclosure of said accused person. Further, investigation of the case is going on.
It is worthwhile to mention that three accused persons had already been arrested earlier in the case and three pistols had been recovered.
