SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS MOST WANTED HEROIN SUPPLIER, “KALA”
78 Narco-Smugglers & Suppliers Arrested In Ten Months : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, Dec 5 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has achieved a big success by arresting most wanted heroin supplier, "Kala” of infamous Chitta hotspot Rakh Barotian Vijaypur district Samba who is involved in several cases of NDPSA and attacks on police.
The arrested top heroin supplier has been identified as Masoom Ali alias Kala s/o Dulla r/o Rakh Barotian tehsil Vijaypur district Samba.
Six cases : case FIR No.152/2018 u/s 353/332 RPC of PS Vijaypur, case FIR No.203/2021 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of PS Vijaypur, case FIR No.46/2023 u/s 8/21/29 NDPS Act of PS Samba, case FIR No.184/2023 u/s 307/341/353/332/382/147/148 IPC of PS Samba, case FIR No.38/2023 u/s 307/382/353/332/336/147/148 IPC of PS Vijaypur and case FIR No.132/2023 u/s 307/382/332/353/148/149/34 IPC of PS Vijaypur stand registered against hardcore heroin supplier "Kala" who was on run evading arrest and police had been chasing him for the last over six months.
Within two days after the arrest of his wife for attack on police, hardcore heroin supplier "Kala" has also been arrested by police thereby giving sigh of relief to the parents of the addicted youth of Samba & adjoining districts.
The arrested heroin supplier Kala, who was continuously involved in heroin supplying, managed to escape from police cardons, raids and special nakas several times, but finally, he has been arrested by police after hectic efforts using changed tactics & methodology.
The heroin supplier has been arrested by police team comprising of SHO Police Statiobn Vijaypur Sandeep Charak and PSI Ankush Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that police is arresting top wanted heroin smugglers/suppliers one after the other in Samba district. A total of seventy eight (78) narcotic suppliers/smugglers have been arrested by Samba Police in past ten months and stringent legal action is being taken against them. Moreover, hardcore heroin smugglers & suppliers are also being detained under stringent PITNDPSA/PSA.
