SAMBA POLICE ATTACHES YET ANOTHER DRUG RELATED PROPERTY WORTH LACS AT RAKH BAROTIAN VIJAYPUR
Samba, March 5: Continuing its actions against drug peddlers, Samba Police in Vijaypur attached yet another Property (Residential house worth 32 lacs) belonging to Notorious Drug Peddler namely Masoom Ali @Kala S/o Dulla R/o Rakh Barotian Teh Vijaypur District Samba.
The action was taken under sections 68-E read with 68-F of NDPS Act of 1985 and is linked with case Fir No's (1) Fir No 203/2021 U/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of Ps Vijaypur
(2) Fir No 204 /2021 U/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of Ps Vijaypur
(3) Fir No 46/2023 U/s 8/21/29 NDPS Act of Ps Samba.
The Property was identified as Illegally Acquired Property during the course of investigation/enquiry conducted by Vijaypur Police.
The property was prima facia acquired from illicit trafficking in narcotic drug and Psychotropic substances by the drug peddler.
Pertinent to mention that yesterday again, one such residential house was attached by Samba Police as an action again drug dealers.
Such back to back operations reaffirms the commitment of Samba Police to combat the drug menace. Local people of the area hailed this unprecedented initiative of Police against drug dealers.
