SAMBA POLICE FILES CHARGESHEET AGAINST 3 NOTORIOUS THIEVES
Police To Continue Intensive Drive Against Thieves In Samba : SSP Benam Tosh
Samba, September 13 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has filed chargesheet in the court of law against three notorious thieves/receivers of stolen property in a theft case FIR No.12/2023 u/s 379/411 IPC registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana.During the course of investigation, three thieves/receivers of stolen property were arrested by police and stolen item was recovered. The accused against whom the challan has been produced in the court of law for judicial determination are : Ram Kumar s/o Gopi Chand r/o Koudi Kanthan tehsil Arnas district Reasi, Ashok Kumar Sharma s/o Bittu Sharma r/o Kanthan Gousal tehsil Arnas district Reasi and Romesh Kumar s/o Ram Khilwan r/o Deudttpur tehsil Maheshpurba Bahraich Uttar Pardesh A/P Teli Basti Bari Brahmana district Samba.After completing the investigation, police closed the case as challan as offence has been proved against above mentioned three thieves/receivers of stolen property and produced the same in the court of law for judicial determination. The investigation of the case was conducted by PSI Abrar-ul-Haq under the supervision of SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sumit Sharma, SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that police would continue intensive drive against thieves in Samba and would bring theft cases to logical conclusion by effecting recoveries, arresting accused and filing charge sheets against them in the court of law.
