Samba, March 1: In a landmark move towards digital policing, Samba Police has registered itโ€™s first ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜ (๐—ฒ-๐—™๐—œ๐—ฅ) at Police Station Vijaypur, following a complaint lodged via ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜€๐—”๐—ฝ๐—ฝ, marking a significant step in enhancing accessibility to justice.

The complaint was lodged by Mrs. Minta Devi W/o Kapil Bind R/o Village Tilmar Tehsil Tilmar District Nalanda Bihar A/P Village Rahya Tehsil Vijaypur District Samba regarding missing of her daughter, age about 15 years, from home.

Acting swiftly over the complaint, Police Station Vijaypur registered the e-FIR under FIR No. 25/2025, under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

This initiative showcases the Samba Police commitment to utilizing digital platforms for efficient, people-centric approaches to law enforcement and timely grievance redressal.

Samba Police is actively conducting awareness programs on New Criminal Laws (NCL) across the district and encouraging the people to come forward with information regarding any cognizable crimes.
