SAMBA POLICE SEIZES 12 MORE VEHICLES FOR ILLEGAL MINING INCLUDING 02 EXCAVATORS
98 Vehicles Seized For Illegal Mining In Six Months : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, July 13 : In continuation to drive against illegal mining launched on the directions of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, Police has seized twelve (12) more vehicles which were being used for illegal mining in district Samba.
Police team comprising of SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, SHO Police Station Vijaypur Tribhawan Khajuria and Incharge Police Post Goran Sajid Jaral under the supervision of DySP Garu Ram Bhardwaj, SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary have seized twelve (12) more vehicles being used for illegal mining at different locations in Samba district.
The seized vehicles are: Two JCBs without registration No, one Dumper bearing registration No. JKO8J-4326, one Tractor Trolley with registration No. JK08B-5628, 08 Tractor Trolleys without registration Nos.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that total ninety eight (98) vehicles have been seized in six months for illegal mining by Samba police after launching special drive against illegal mining. Police would continue checking the wrongdoings of mining mafia till illegal mining is completely stopped in the district.
