SAMBA POLICE SEIZES 3 VEHICLES FOR ILLEGAL MINING

Samba, January 21: Samba Police has seized three vehicles in the jurisdiction of Police Stations Samba and Vijaypur which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.

Police teams headed by SHO Police Station Vijaypur and Incharge Police Post Mansar falling under PS Samba while performing patrolling duty in their jurisdictional areas, have seized three vehicles including a dumper bearing registration No. JK21G-0026 and two tractor trolleys without registration Nos. which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in the area.

The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to the Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further legal action.
