SAMBA POLICE SOLVES 3 THEFT CASES INCLUDING BANY BABA TEMPLE THEFT CASE, ARRESTES 3 NOTORIOUS THIEVES ;

116 THIEVES ARRESTED, 59 THEFT CASES SOLVED IN SIX MONTHS : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH

      Samba, July 29 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has achieved another success and solved three (3) theft cases including Bany BabaTemple theft case Kadgal Bari Brahmana, arrested three (3) notorious thieves and recovered stolen cash and kind. 

       The arrested notorious thieves have been identified as Muneer Hussain s/o Hussain Mohd r/o 10-Changa Gangal Chowki Choura, Tehsil & district Jammu, Shiv Dayal alias Sunny s/o Rajinder Kumar r/o Teli Basti Bari Brahmana and Swaran Lal s/o Dharam Chand r/o Shekhpur Palota, tehsil  Ramgarh district Samba. 

       Accused Muneer was involved in Bany Baba Temple case FIR No. 191/2023 u/s 454/380 IPC P/S Bari Brahmana and he had stolen cash from ‘Daan Patra’, whereas accused Sunny was involved in Teli Basti theft case FIR No FIR No. 176/2023 u/s 457/380 IPC P/S Bari Brahmana in which gold ornaments/cash were stolen and Swaran was involved in Keso Godown grain theft case FIR No. 43/2023 u/s 457,380 IPC P/S Ramgarh.

      Three theft cases have been solved by SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma and I/C BPP Kamore ASI Rajinder Singh under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar, SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar and Addl.SP Samba Surinder Choudhary. 

       Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that total one hundred sixteen (116) thieves have been arrested and fifty nine (59) theft cases have been solved by Samba Police in past six months and efforts are afoot to solve all theft cases registered in the district at the earliest possible.
