Sarore Toll Plaza: Will the movement started by Yuva Rajput Sabha become a Mass Movement???

As you all know that Saror Toll Plaza is currently in limelight. All of us must have seen on the news channel, on social media, how there was a sit-in demonstration by the Yuva Rajput Sabha, due to which the toll plaza was suspended for a while. Later, a meeting was also held by BJP leaders regarding this in which it is said that this toll plaza is not genuine and it should be removed from here. They also said that they will also meet the LG in this regard. On the refusal of time line to remove this toll plaza or to stop it’s functioning, Yuva Rajput Sabha later staged a sit-in demonstration there and the people of Rajput Sabha who were sitting on the protest were arrested by the police late at night. Later a video shot by them went viral in social media in which they appealed to the people to come out at streets at 10:00 am and protest against this toll plaza and after that the situation worsened in the morning.

People staged a dharna in Samba with the support of Vyopar Mandal in which the lawyers community was also present and leaders of various parties also participated in it. People kept talking about the release of the members of the Yuva Rajput Sabha in this because they were detained from the night. Apart from this, this movement took a little fierce form when in Taror, near Patli Morh, youth as a mob blocked the road. Due to which many vehicles were stuck. This jam remained for about 4 hours, after that police and paramilitary forces personnel came there and they lathi charged and tear gassed to control the situation. Situation by so grim that even DIG Shakti Pathak himself came there and supervised the whole operation.

Now a question arises, whether the movement started by Yuva Rajput Sabha will become a Mass Movement. Because after that people protested in various places like Kathua, Guda Salathia, Veerpur, Jammu and many other places.

Later, the leaders of Yuva Rajput Sabha, who were detained in Samba, were transferred to Kathua Jail during the night. The administration was apprehensive that keeping them in Samba might spoil the environment of Samba.

It is a part of our constitution to come forward in support of our demands, to put our demands in front of the administration and to speak about if something is going wrong somewhere. But it should be kept in mind that there should be no loss & stoppage of the vehicles. In this hot and humid environment, you can imagine that how the people who were virtually imprisoned in those vehicles and buses spent 4 hours there. If our mothers, sisters or any small children were sitting in those vehicles, then what kind of condition they would be have. We saw with our own eyes that women seen walking from Taror to Jakh. Police was hapless there. Later when the paramilitary forces came there, these vehicles freed.

We also want to say that Had the Plaza been suspended for a few days, this kind of situation could have been avoided because the anger of the people and public opinion was with the fact that the people who are fighting for our interest have been detained by the administration and Toll Plaza is against started. So they protested against it. They came to the streets in large numbers. Had the toll plaza remained suspended, perhaps this situations could have been avoided.

As Yuva Rajput Sabha members have been sent to Kathua at night, so now we have to watch what is the strategy of the people of Yuva Rajput Sabha today, because there is a half-day bandh call by the traders body in Samba. So we have to see whether this movement started by Yuva Rajput Sabha will take the form of mass movement as analysed earlier

सरोर टोल प्लाजा: क्या युवा राजपूत सभा द्वारा शुरू किया गया यह आंदोलन जन आंदोलन बनेगा???

जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि सरोर टोल प्लाजा इस वक्त सुर्खियों में छाया हुआ है। आप सभी ने न्यूज़ चैनल पर, सोशल मीडिया पर देखा होगा कि किस तरह से वहां युवा राजपूत सभा द्वारा धरना प्रदर्शन किया गया जिससे टोल प्लाजा को थोड़ी देर के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया गया और लोगों ने राहत की सांस ली। बाद में इसको लेकर बीजेपी के नेताओं द्वारा भी बैठक की गई जिसमें उन्होंने यह कहा कि यह टोल प्लाजा उचित नहीं है और इसको यहां से हटा देना चाहिए उन्होंने कहा कि इस बाबत वह एल जी महोदय से भी मिलेंगे। युवा राजपूत सभा द्वारा बाद में इसको समय सीमा के अंदर हटाने की दी गई काल के तहत वहां पर धरना प्रदर्शन भी किया गया और धरना प्रदर्शन पर बैठे राजपूत सभा के लोगों को देर रात के समय पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और बाद में उनके द्वारा शूट किया गया एक वीडियो वायरल हो गया जिसमें उन्होंने लोगों से यह अपील की की सुबह 10:00 बजे लोग बाहर निकले और इस टोल प्लाजा के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करें और उसके बाद सुबह हालात बिगड़ गए।

लोगों ने सांबा में व्यापार मंडल के सहयोग के साथ धरना प्रदर्शन किया जिसमें वकील समुदाय भी उपस्थित रहा और विभिन्न पार्टियों के नेताओं द्वारा भी इसमें हिस्सा लिया गया। लोग इसमें युवा राजपूत सभा के सदस्यों की रिहाई की बात करते रहे क्योंकि सुबह हो गई थी।इसके अलावा यह आंदोलन उसे वक्त थोड़ा उग्र रूप धारण कर गया जब
तरोर में पटली मोड़ के पास नौजवानों का एक हजूर में इकट्ठा हो गया और उन्होंने वहां पर रोड जाम कर दिया जिससे कितनी ही गाड़ियां फंसी रही। तकरीबन 4 घंटे तक यह जाम लगा रहा उसके बाद पुलिस और पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेस के जवान वहां पर आए और उन्होंने लाठी चार्ज किया और टियर गेसिंग की जिससे उन्होंने उन युवाओं को वहां से भगा दिया और रास्ता खुलवाया। स्थिति इस कदर खराब हो चुकी थी कि खुद डीआईजी शक्ति पाठक को वहां पर आकर अपनी सुपरविजन में यह सब करवाना पड़ा।

तो इस तरह से इस प्रोटेस्ट ने ने एक आंदोलन का रूप ले लिया।अब बाद यहां पर आती है कि क्या युवा राजपूत सभा द्वारा शुरू किया गया है यह आंदोलन जन आंदोलन बनेगा। क्योंकि उसके बाद विभिन्न जगहों पर जैसे कठुआ, गुड़ा सलाथिया, वीरपुर आदि में जम्मू और अन्य में भी लोगों ने इस बाबत प्रदर्शन किया। बाद में सांबा में हिरासत में रखे गए युवा राजपूत सभा के नेताओं को रात के वक्त कठुआ जेल में ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया। प्रशासन को यह आशंका थी कि इनको सांबा में रखने से सांबा का माहौल बिगड़ सकता है। अपनी मांगों के समर्थन में सामने आना अपनी मांगों को प्रशासन के सामने रखना और अगर कहीं कुछ गलत हो रहा है उसके बारे में बोलना यह हमारे कॉन्स्टिट्यूशन का एक हिस्सा है।लेकिन हमें यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि हमारे प्रदर्शन से किसी तरह लोगों को कोई नुकसान ना हो जैसा कि युवाओं द्वारा गाड़ियों को रोक देना, उनको जाम कर देना। इस गर्मी और उमस बड़े माहौल में 4 घंटे तक लोग उन गाड़ियों में बसों में कैद रहे आप अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं। अगर उन गाड़ियों में हमारी माताएं बहने बैठी हों या कोई छोटा बच्चा हो तो उनकी किस तरह से हालत हो रही होगी।हमने अपनी आंखों से देखा कि तरोर से लेकर जख तक महिलाएं पैदल जाती दिखी। पुलिस का वहां पर कोई बस नहीं चल रहा था बाद में जब पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेस वहां पर आई तो इन गाड़ियों को निकाला जा सका इस बाबत हमारा यह भी कहना है कि क्या ही अच्छा होता कि युवा राजपूत सभा के नेताओं की गिरफ्तारी के बाद अगर प्रशासन टोल प्लाजा को थोड़े दिनों के लिए सस्पेंड रखता तो इस तरह के हालात से बचा जा सकता था क्योंकि लोगों और जनमानस का गुस्सा इसी बात में फूटा है कि हमारे हमारे हित के लिए लड़ रहे लोगों को प्रशासन द्वारा हिरासत में लिया गया है तो वह इसके विरोध प्रदर्शन में वह सड़कों पर उतर आए। अगर टोल प्लाजा सस्पेंड रहता तो शायद इन हालातो से बचा जा सकता था। लेकिन रात को जैसे उन लोगों को कठुआ में भेजा गया है तो अब हमें आगे यह देखना है कि आज युवा रायपुर सभा के लोगों की स्ट्रैटेजी क्या रहती है क्योंकि सांबा द्वारा व्यापार मंडल क्योंकि सांबा में व्यापार मंडल द्वारा आधा दिन दिन का बंध रखा गया है। तो हमारा यही देखना है कि युवा राजपूत सभा द्वारा शुरू किया गया यह आंदोलन क्या जन आंदोलन का रूप लेगा।
