SSP SAMBA DISENGAGED 3 SPOs FROM SERVICES FOR DERELICTION OF DUTIES

Samba, May 7: SSP Samba has disengaged three Special Police Officers (SPOs) from services for dereliction of duties and involvement in NDPS case while disposing off two separate departmental enquiries initiated against them among other officers/officials.

The two SPOs namely Daljeet Singh No. 633/DS and SPO Bali Ram No. 494/DS have been disengaged in case FIR No. 93/2023 registered at Police Station Ramgarh in which an accused arrested in gruesome murder case had escaped from the police custody. The said SPOs have been disengaged from services for dereliction of duties by SSP Samba on the basis of recommendation of Enquiry Officer. 

The SPO namely Deepak Singh No. 33/DS has been disengaged for his involvement in case FIR No. 172/2023 registered under relevant sections of NDPS Act at Police Station Samba. The said SPO has been disengaged from service by SSP Samba on the basis of recommendation of Enquiry Officer.
