Swati Maliwal Beating Row: Who is right & who is wrong?

Days after the Aam Aadmi Party acknowledged that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar had “misbehaved” and “acted indecently” with Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, the party made a U-turn, claiming that Maliwal’s version of story was not right & she has hidden agenda of BJP. At a press conference Friday evening, AAP leader Aatishi countered the Maliwal’s allegation that she was assaulted by Kumar when she went to meet Kejriwal Monday morning. It also comes three days after AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said at a press conference, “Yesterday (on Monday), a condemnable incident took place, I want to tell you about it. Swati Maliwal reached Arvind Kejriwal’s house. She was waiting for him in the drawing room, when Bibhav Kumar came there; he misbehaved and acted indecently with her.” Aatishi purportedly gave the reference of a video which is going viral on Social media

On the other hand Swati Maliwal after the Aatishi press conference posted on X

She also posted an another post on X in which she alleged that tampering is going on with the CM’s residence video

It is pertinent to mention that Swati Maliwal has given the statement that she has been slapped & kicked so many times by CM’s aide Vibhav Kumar on her chest, stomach and pelvis area when she went to meet Arvind Kejriwal on his official residence on Monday. Bruise marks were also visible on her face and in the camera footages she is also feeling difficulty while walking.

But after this viral video is surfaced, AAP is alleging that all this is the conspiracy of the BJP to let down their chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and on the other hand BJP is claiming that there is done very wrong with Swati Maliwal Kejriwal has to took responsibility of that.

But now the question is why this half shelved viral video is in public domain after so many days and why not all the CCTV footage of the CM residence. But whatever it is, according to sources Delhi police has pledged to untie all the knots.
