Tarun Chugh spoke on various issues: Criticizes Rahul Gandhi, Kejriwal and Highlights Government Achievements
In a recent interview, BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh spoke on various issues & slammed opposition leaders over their attitude over them. He expressed strong criticism towards Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of involvement in various scams and mismanagement. Chugh stated,
Kejriwal, who is busy in liquor scams, water board scams, jumlabaazi, political tourism, and building royal palaces, has proved to be a complete failure and mess. Kejriwal and his government’s incompetent, unsuccessful, novice, foolish, and corrupt ministers and his team are responsible for bringing Delhi to this state and for creating a water crisis in Delhi.
Chugh contrasted Kejriwal’s governance with the efforts of the Modi administration, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir. He praised the central government’s organization of the Amarnath Yatra, noting, Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the J&K administration, the entire Amarnath Yatra has been ensured in a very modern way. No laxity is being shown in the fight against terrorists, and our government is fully committed to providing security to the pilgrims while taking environmentally friendly measures.”
Regarding the recent surge in terrorist activities in J&K, Chugh emphasized the success of the government’s anti-terrorism efforts over the past decade. He asserted,
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the Government of India has carried out a comprehensive and successful campaign to eradicate terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.
Terrorism has reduced, the number of terrorists has decreased, and terrorism has been completely eradicated.”
On the controversy surrounding EVMs, sparked by Elon Musk’s comments on its hacking and Rahul Gandhi’s subsequent post on social media,
Chugh accused Rahul Gandhi of participating in a conspiracy to defame India. He remarked, “A conspiracy is being hatched to defame India, and Rahul Gandhi has come forward as a puppet of foreign powers in this conspiracy. Everyone has seen the EVM trial several times as per the court’s instructions. This statement of his is mental bankruptcy. When EVMs give you a government in Telangana or Karnataka, they are fine, but when you suffer a defeat, the blame is on EVMs. This shows the frustration and disappointment of Rahul Gandhi.”
Chugh’s remarks highlight the BJP’s criticism of opposition leaders while emphasizing the central government’s achievements and commitment to national security and efficient governance.
