Jammu & Kashmir | Terrorist recruitment module busted with the arrest of a PhD scholar from the Central University of Kashmir who was working for terrorists organisation HM and JeM. Phd scholar of Central University Kashmir Rubani Bashir and two others Fazil Ahmad Parrey and Tariq Ahmad Naikoo arrested from Kulgam district. They were part of terrorist recruitment module. A cache of arms and ammunition has also been recovered from the arrested accused: Kulgam Police
