Theives tried to break open three shops in Samba Chowk

There is news of break opening of 3 shops in Samba Chowk late in the night. According to the shopkeepers and the locals, thieves tried to break open one bakery shop owned by Rakesh Gupta, sweet shop in the name and style of Subhash sweet shop and Army General Store on the border Road late in the last night. The thieves tried to drag the angles on the roof of the bakery shop on the national highway but remain unsuccessful & later on they broke open the adjoining sweet shop from behind. In the same way they cut open the steel sheet ofcthe roof of Army General Store on the border Road. The shopkeepers knew about this in the morning when they opened their shops. There is no estimate of the stealth good are money because the shopkeepers are unwilling to tell about this. Till time there is no report to the police. It is pertinent to mention that this is the first instance of stealing by the thieves after the incumbent SSP has taken the seat.
