Vice-President to Visit Jammu and Kashmir on December 27, 2024: Will serve as the Chief Guest at the 10th Convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU)
26th December 2024: The Vice-President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, will be visiting Jammu (Jammu & Kashmir) on 27th December 2024. During his one-day visit, the Vice-President will serve as the Chief Guest at the 10th Convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) at the Matrika Auditorium on the SMVDU campus.
In addition to the convocation ceremony, the Vice-President will also pay a visit to the revered Mata Vaishno Devi Temple and the Bhairon Baba Mandir, further emphasizing his engagement with the region’s cultural and spiritual heritage.
