Jammu, March 27: A Special Police Officer (SPO) identified as Bharat Chalotra (No. 1237/SPO), aged 26, sustained injuries during an encounter in Rajbagh, Kathua. He was initially admitted to Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua for treatment but was later referred to GMC Jammu for advanced medical care.
Chalotra, son of Amrit Lal and a resident of Akhnoor, was injured during an exchange of fire between security forces and militants. His condition is currently being monitored by doctors at GMC Jammu.
