Under the initiative “Yoga at Famous Places”, the BSF organized a yoga session at Veer Bhumi Park, Samba, Jammu, in which 57 personnel participated. Yogasana, Pranayama and meditation were practiced and physical fitness, mental health and a disciplined lifestyle were promoted with the message “Do Yoga, Stay Healthy”.
