34 bottles of illicit liquor recovered by PS Pouni. One bootlegger arrested
An information was received at PS Pouni regarding a person selling illicit liquor in the area under the jurisdiction of PS Pouni. After this a special police team of PS Pouni led by SHO PS Pouni, Inspr Purab Singh under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Reasi, Neeraj Padyar,JKPS* raided at Bharakh Market.And During search, 04 bottles of 750ml each, 04 bottles of 375 ml each, 03 bottles of 250ml each, 23 bottles of 180 ml each of JK desi Whiskey got recovered from the shop of Darshan Singh S/o Lt Amar Singh R/o Bharakh, Pouni. In this regard, FIR No.07/2024 U/s 48-a,48f Excise Act 188 IPC has been registered at PS Pouni and accused got arrested.Further investigation of the case is going on.
