J&K: Seven people died, eight others injured after passenger vehicle rolls down gorge in Baramulla
SRINAGAR: In a deadly road accident in the Bujhthalan area of Boniyar in Baramulla district, seven people died & eight others injured & currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
The bodies of the victims have been recovered and will be handed over to their families follow medico-legal formalities. The deceased have been identified as Tahira Begum (35), wife of Reyaz Ahmad Sheikh; Ameena Bano (17), daughter of Abdul Gani Sheikh; Mohd Maqbool Sheikh (70), son of Ahmad Sheikh; Mohammad Maqsood Sheikh (35), son of Ghulam Rasool Sheikh of Bujthalan; Abdul Rehman Lone (60), son of Fatah Lone; Sameena Begum (45), wife of Abdul Hameed Sheikh; and Sarwa Begum (55), wife of Late Ghulam Mohd Bakhshi. “The injured persons are currently being treated at GMC Baramulla,” stated the official.
