Lawyers moments bring result as Ms. Sunaina Saini, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ghagwal releived of the additional charge of the post of Sub Registrar. Order with the Samba times reads that in her place Mr. Mukhter Ahmad, JKAS, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Samba, shall hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Ghagwal, in addition to his own duties. It is pertinent to mention that there was a skirmish between Sub Registrar Ghagwal Sunaina Saini and lawyers of Samba Bar association Association over a minor issue and from that day there was continuous protest by lawyets to change or relieve Ms Sunaina Saini from that post. Although many organisations and social activists were supporting Sunaina Saini on this cause but at last moment lawyers movement bring results and she was relieved off her duties as Sub Registrar Ghagwal.
