Absconder nabbed at Naushera of Rajouri
Rajouri 12 Dec.23. Police in Naushera area of Rajouri nabbed an absconder who was wanted in motor-vehicle accident case but was evading his arrest.
Absconder has been identified as Shah Nawaz ; S/O Jamat Ali Shah; R/O Samote, Kotranka of District Rajouri.
A team of police led by SHO Naushera, Inspector Sumit Magotra zeroed in the arrested accused absconder at Naushera on the basis of a human intelligence.
The accused was evading his arrest since long in case FIR No.112/2019 U/S 279,338 IPC of PS Naushera and a general warrant U/s 299 Cr.PC was issued against him by the Hon’ble Court of Sub-Judge Naushera.
After apprehention, the apprehended accused has been produced before Sub-Jugde Naushera.
