J&K Govt revoked ban on three doctors
J&K Govt revoked ban on three doctors who were alleged to refer patients from Public Hospitals to Private Hospitals for availing treatment/benefits under AB-PMJAY & SEHAT Schemes. The communique with Samba Times reads that
“On the recommendations of the Enquiry Committee constituted vide Government Order No. 63-JK(HME) of 2023 dated 23.01.2023, which has been accepted by the competent authorities, it is, hereby, ordered that the ban imposed by the Department vide Government Order No. 758- JK(HME) of 2022 dated 27-10-22 in respect of 03 doctors namely Dr. Junaid Khursheed, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat and Dr. Yawar Nisar is revoked with immediate effect. The concerned doctors are warned not to indulge in luring patients from Public Hospitals to the Private Hospitals for availing treatment/benefits under AB-PMJAY SEHAT Schemes etc. for any occasion in future when the same are available in government health institutions, otherwise, disciplinary action as warranted under rules, shall be initiated against them without any further notice.”
