DDC Ramgarh & JKUT Kisan Morcha President Sarbjit Singh Johal started Black topping from Koul Pur-Pakhri Road to Khan Pur Gurdwara sahib with an estimated cost of ₹ 8 lacs. It was long pending demand of the adjoining people of Khan pur village Block Ramghar district Samba. Dr DK Manial Ex minister, Sh Shiv Choudhary Mandal president Ramghar, sh Nency Choudhary, Sh Sudagar lal, Smartly singh, Swaran singh, Jaswant singh, Tarsem Choudhary and Mandal president Neeru chib were also present at this occasion.
