Kiru HE Project (624 MW) organises Free Medical Camp under CSR Initiative of CVPPPL
KISHTWAR, MARCH 16: Kiru Hydro Electric Power Project as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (FY- 2022-23) Initiative of CVPPPL in collaboration with District Administration & Health Department Kishtwar organized free General Health Medical Camp & Specialized Medical Camp on Gynecology and Menstrual Hygiene) under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Primary Health Centre Kiru, District Kishtwar.
The Camp was inaugurated by ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal in presence of Rajendra Prasad, Group General Manager & Head of the Project, Kiru HEP and Dr. Mohd. Yaqoob Mir, Chief Medical Officer, Kishtwar.
A team of Doctors / Technicians from Distt. Hospital Kishtwar examined Patients from the Project affected villages and nearby areas and more than 700 persons benefited from the Medical Camp.
Free Medicines, Health / Nutritional Supplements were distributed to the patients.
The Gynecology and Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign was also conducted as a part of this camp.
The beneficiaries expressed great satisfaction due to the benefit availed from free General Medical screening, Gynaecological consultations given by doctors and free medicines provided to them.
