Medical report of AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal confirms assault: Bibhav Kumar arrested by Delhi police
Medical report of AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal confirms assault, three hours of medical examination at Delhi AIIMS Trauma Center found evidence of injuries on her face, legs and several parts of the body according to DD News. On the other hand Bibhav Kumar is arrested by Delhi police. He will appear in Tis Hazari court in a short while. Police took Bibhav from Civil Lines police station & he will appear in court after medical examination. Delhi Police will seek remand of Bibhav Kumar.
