Parents shouldn’t pay any other Fees except Annual, Tuition and Transportation Fee

Fixation Regulation Committee condemns Parents Teachers Association’s allegations

Muthi, 23 April: Sunil Hali, the Chairman of Fee Fixation Regulation Committee denied the allegations applied by Parents Teacher Association in a Press Conference organised at Directorate of School Education, Muthi. The conference was organised in order to aware the parents of the children who are studying in various schools of Jammu about the Fee Fixed and Regulated by FFRC. Hali, who is a retired Judge of HC Jammu, former President of State Consumer Commission, J&K and now Chairman of FFRC clearing the confusions, stated,” Any other fees except Tuition Fee, Annual Fee and Transportation (for those who avail transport services by schools) is not permissible. If we get any complaint regarding the violation of the Act, jurisdiction will take care of that.” He averred that much misinformation and confusions were being created from the past few days, but the only aim of organizing the conference was to clear the clouds of misinformation being spread into the parents, turning them against the FFRC.
