A plantation drive organised under the Banner of” Har Gaon Hariyali” by J&K Forest Department at Shamshaan Ghat ground DABRI Panchayat Goran. On the occasion BJP Mandal Pradhan Balbinder Singh, Forest Block Officer Gandeep singh Jasrotia, BJP General Secretary Mandal SUMB Naresh Kumar Sharma, Naib Sarpench Goran Vikay Verma, Vipan Salaria , Retd. Captain Kuldeep Singh, Forest field staff & many locals took part in this plantation drive. Speaking at the occasion, the BJP Block President Balbinder Singh said that the aim is to make the pious site of Panchayat Goran‘cleaner and greener’ as the site holds great cultural and religious value for the people of J&K. He further stressed on the importance of planting trees and the role of trees in the protection of the environment. He urged all PRI’s including the general public to plant more and more trees. He also sought the cooperation of the locals and PRIs in the protection and conservation of green cover in the Panchayat.
