SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS MOST WANTED HEROIN SMUGGLER INVOLVED IN ATTACKS ON POLICE
Shamusdin’s Arrest A Big Blow To Heroin Smugglers : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, Nov 21 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, police has arrested one of the most wanted heroin smugglers involved in four cases of heroin supplying and attacks on police.
The arrested accused has been identified as Shamus Din s/o Maskeen Din r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur district Samba.
The hardcore heroin smuggler has been arrested in case FIR No.132/2023 u/s 307, 382, 353, 332, 148, 149, 34 IPC of Police Station Vijaypur and has also been involved in four different cases of heroin supplying & attacks on police registered at PS Vijaypur and PS Samba ---- FIR No.33/2019 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS Act of PS Vijaypur, 108/2021 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of PS Vijaypur, FIR No. 23/2023 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of PS Vijaypur and FIR No. 184/2023 u/s 307, 341, 353, 332, 382, 147, 148 IPC of PS Samba.
The arrest has been made by police team comprising of SHO Police Station Vijaypur Sandeep Charak and PSI Ankush Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Benam Tosh said that Shamusdin’s arrest is a big blow to heroin smugglers. Police is chasing the wanted heroin smugglers and arresting them one after the other with a view to wipe-out drug menace from Samba soil completely.
