“The situation is not simple but Israel will prevail”: Israel envoy on Hamas attack

The Islamist movement Hamas launched the biggest attack on Israel in years in a surprise assault that combined gunmen crossing the border with a heavy barrage of rockets from the Gaza Strip. Ambassador of Israel to India, Naor Gilon tweets, “Israel is under a combined attack from Gaza during the Jewish holiday. Both by rockets and ground infiltration of Hamas terrorists. The situation is not simple but Israel will prevail.”
