Shree Gangadhar Shastri Ji Maharaj Elevates Spirits with Sermons, Songs, and Narsingh Avatar Tale Amid Dignitary Felicitations
Thousands of devotees gathered at the Sumb 108 Kundiya Ati Vishnu Mahayajna on its seventh day, December 28, for parikrama around the holy yajna kunds and to participate in havan rituals. The event’s highlight was the visit by Shree Gangadhar Shashi ji Maharaj, who delivered devotional sermons, songs, and a caution against interfaith love marriages while narrating the story of Narsingh Bhagwan’s avatar. Devotees especially ladies danced at the bhajans of the Shastri ji Maharaj.

Other dignitaries present included Religious Scholar Tarsem ji, DDC Balwan Singh, Journalist & Social Worker Ajay Singh, Master Yash Pal, and Journalist Pankaj Sharma. The yajna, ongoing in Sumb village, Samba district, Jammu and Kashmir, continues to draw crowds for spiritual upliftment.
The 108 Kundiya Ati Vishnu Mahayajna began on December 22 in Sumb, a village in Samba tehsil known for such grand religious gatherings.These multi-kund yajnas emphasize Vedic rituals for devotion and community welfare, aligning with similar events across India. Devotees also enjoyed the langar there & Ras Leela displayed by the artists from the Vrindavan.
