According to intelligence sources, Dr. Raees Ahmad Bhat worked at Al Falah University in Faridabad, Haryana, from 2020 to 2021. The alleged doctor was in telephone contact with staff at Al Falah University and with Dr. Umar, the main accused in the bomb blast outside Delhi’s Red Fort.
