Samba: Retired Colonel Sukhbir Singh Mankotia, Convenor of Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Sangarsh Samiti, was felicitated by Mahant Desraj Giri Ji of the revered Dev Sthan Goran. The felicitation ceremony was also attended by District Samba Convenor Adv. Rahul Sambyal.
During his visit to Samba, Col. Sukhbir Singh Mankotia held a meeting with Mahant Desraj Giri Ji to seek his support and to build a joint platform for agitation in connection with SMVDIE. Mahant Desraj Giri Ji assured full cooperation and extended his complete support to the noble cause. It was announced that a meeting of the Sadhu Samaj and the general public will be organised in the coming days at Baba Shivo Darbar, Goran, in which Col. Sukhbir Singh Mankotia will also participate.On the occasion, Mahant Desraj Giri Ji Maharaj also felicitated Adv. Rahul Sambyal, District Convenor of Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Sangarsh Samiti, in recognition of his efforts and activities for the promotion and protection of Sanatan Dharma.
After his meeting with Mahant ji, Col Sukhbir Singh also have a meeting with prominent persons & heads of biradaris of Distt Samba. He deliberated about the cause for this agitation & also appealed to them to have their full support for this noble cause.
