SSP Kathua Mohita Sharma Walks on Foot to Reach Remote Duggan and Bani Areas: Reviews Policing and Holds PCPG Meetings

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kathua, Mohita Sharma, undertook a comprehensive field visit to the remote areas of Duggan and Bani, covering parts of the hilly terrain on foot to assess ground realities.

During the visit, SSP Mohita met with teams of the Special Operations Group (SOG) at Duggan and Dhaggar, and later interacted with SOG personnel at Bani, reviewing operational preparedness and area domination efforts.

She also chaired Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meetings at Duggan and Bani, emphasizing the importance of community cooperation in maintaining peace and curbing anti-social activities.

Additionally, the SSP conducted a casual inspection of Police Station Bani, reviewing the functioning, records, and welfare measures for staff, and directed officers to ensure people-friendly policing and efficient service delivery.
