Crackdown on Illegal Activities in Jammu: Houses of 3 Drug Peddlers Demolished


Jammu: In a major action against illegal activities, police and district administration launched a crackdown in the Rajeev Nagar area of Bahu. As part of the anti-drug campaign, authorities carried out demolition drives targeting properties linked to 3 drug peddlers.

Reports indicate that residential structures allegedly built using proceeds from narcotics trade were demolished with heavy security deployment. The action was conducted in coordination with multiple departments to curb the growing menace of drugs in the region.

Officials stated that such strict measures are part of the ongoing drive to dismantle networks involved in drug trafficking and to ensure a drug-free society. In several cases, properties linked to accused individuals have been seized or demolished to break the financial backbone of these illegal activities.
